The Basque chef has collected 8 Michelin Starsfor his restaurants in Lasarte, Barcelona and Tenerife. Not only does he appear regularly in the Spanish mainstream media, but he has also been awarded more than any other Spanish chef since the French company began publishing its guide 118 years ago.
Berasategui will be officially introduced at Sax’s headquarters, where workers will have the opportunity to attend a day of talks with the new ambassador, as well as showing him the manufacturing process for the solar protection systems that are proving to be so successful in the hospitality industry.
