La Terraza the restaurant designed with Saxun's most innovative solutions in sun protection systems and enclosures, which enable us to create a unique space in the middle of a great golf course.
Discover with us this composition of six Bioclimatic Pergolas, with LED lighting, surrounded by sliding Glass Curtains and shaded with ZIP Wind Screen Vertical Blinds. To complete the installation, we have added Aneas pole supported awnings, the most sought after shade in the restaurant sector to adapt the most sought after terraces.

Q. La Terraza in Font del Llop is an idyllic in & out space for celebrations. What has it been like creating this new space, in the middle of the golf course, with Saxun solutions?
A. The main thing for us is to offer all guests a chance of visiting the restaurant, also outside the resort because we believe that they don't have to play golf to enjoy it, unlike other areas dedicated exclusively to players. La Terraza is open to local guests from the surrounding area who wish to enjoy the surroundings and its panoramic views.
That is why we installed the Bioclimatic Pergolas and the Glass Curtains, so that our customers can enjoy these views during their lunches and dinners.
Q. How do customers feel when they arrive at the restaurant?
A. They like the natural environment where it is located, its spaciousness, light and free space.
Nowadays, catering is an experience, not only because of the service, but also because of the location and the specific environment.
The interior of many restaurants is very well designed, but what we offer is direct contact with nature, with a unique kind of elegance.
Our restaurant is a place where you can enjoy the sun in comfort.
Q. How do you play with Saxun solutions to create different spaces and atmospheres?
A. Our restaurant is available for the celebration of very different events, even several on the same day. To achieve this we have a large living room, formed by these Bioclimatic Pergolas, a reserved area and an outdoor area protected with awnings.
These solutions provide us with great functionality and diversification so that the customer can celebrate different events.
In this way, while golfers might be on the terrace watching other players, inside the lounge, protected by the Pergolas, we can be celebrating an event, because by simply lowering the Wind Screen exterior vertical blinds, we achieve the necessary privacy for every occasion.
Q. How do the Glass Curtains help you blur the room’s boundaries?
A. They give customers a sense of freedom. Inside they enjoy the comfort and security of the lounge, while at the same time being able to go out onto the terrace at any time.
Q. What does the modulation of the Bioclimatic Pergolas’ slats provide?
A. One of the things we like most about Bioclimatic Pergolas is their modulation capacity, because it enables natural ventilation and improves the quality of the restaurant’s atmosphere by simply orienting the slats. Something that other facilities cannot provide.
Q. What kind of events have you staged at La Terraza?
A. From presentations for companies, to weddings, baptisms and communions. The versatility of the space has enabled us to celebrate even three communions and a birthday, with different schedules and services, without the diners disturbing each other.
Q. What are the evening events like?
A. The LED lighting of the Bioclimatic Pergolas enables us to hold dinners, with live music and a gourmet menu. Enjoying a beautiful sunset, 50 hectares of golf course.
