REBUILD is consolidating its position as a leading event for analysing and discovering the latest developments in the building sector in Spain.
We at Saxun will be participating in this fair, which has attracted almost 23,000 visitors, in search of the latest proposals and innovations for promoting a new building model.
REBUILD 2023 will bring together 544 exhibiting brands and numerous leading experts and architects, such as Stepan Martinovsky, a key figure in wood projects, and Taba Rasti and Pablo Urango, co-directors of the Norman Foster studio.
As an exhibitor brand, our stand was visited by many industry professionals who attended the fair, where they had the chance to discover our universe of solutions for designing and creating spaces for well-being and comfort.
Solutions such as the new Louvers with built-in LED lighting, foliated in wood, and in new formats with the V-50, V-75 and V-90, ideal for protecting façades and roofs from solar exposure.
Another of the solutions that continues to arouse the most interest among professionals is the ZIP Wind Screen vertical awning, which is able to regulate the sun and heat from the outside. An elegant and effective solar control system, which also allows you to create spaces for privacy and comfort.
Our Bioclimatic Pergola with Accessible Column (AC) and updated lighting, manufactured for our stand in an elegant textured RAL 1019 shade and slats in textured RAL 1013, has been one of the highlights for our stand. It was accompanied by one of our Glass Curtains, the Astron model, which works as a perfect enclosure to complete and make the most of any outdoor space.
Passive Construction
We are committed to a new way of building, which is why we also exhibited alongside the Passivhaus Consortium at a shared stand.
Our airtight rolling shutter boxes are certified for passive house construction. The 200 Passive versions of the Eurostand and Eurodecor boxes already have the prestigious Passive House Institute certification, because they meet its demanding requirements, which guarantee high thermal insulation and a maximum degree of airtightness.
New challenges
The fair has become a great forum for debating the most immediate challenges facing construction, such as the reform of the CTE (Spanish technical building code) to stimulate industrialised construction, the value of the circular economy and collaborative work with BIM or AI.
