The 1st Construction Week, organised by the Official Association of Architects of Madrid and its MATCOAM Building Department, brought together leading professionals from the sector for four intense days.
The event was aimed at architects, engineers, technicians, developers, builders, interior designers and real estate investors. Brands producing materials and solutions for construction exhibited their latest innovations in materials and construction systems.
It became a meeting place that generated a must-attend event for all parties involved in the art of creating projects, and responding to the present and future challenges of construction in Spain.
The building sector is currently undergoing significant changes in order to face new realities, such as reducing the carbon footprint in construction processes, achieving greater digitalisation, researching technological advances to optimise production systems and implementing European funds to support renovation.
Smart Building forum
In the first session of the Construction Week, we participated in the Technology and Innovation forum, during which we contributed our vision on Smart Building and its benefits for the construction sector. This was the moment to present some of the Saxun solutions that allow solar, light and thermal control and automation, always in the pursuit of greater comfort and energy savings in our buildings.
Saxun solutions such as the Passive Certified Eurostand Box or the Wind Screen systems, which architects, engineers and interior designers were able to discover at our stand.
Undoubtedly, it was a great success for the Official Association of Architects of Madrid, generating networking and professional synergies to face construction challenges together.
