The year 2019 marks sixty years of Giménez Ganga’s professional career, something which it celebrated last weekend with a large celebration at its headquarters at the El Castillo industrial estate.
The event brought together more than 1,300 guests, from employees and their friends to authorities and clients who came over from five continents, ready to share a day in which live music took centre-stage both before and after the dinner.
One of the most significant moments of the event was the presentation of the company’s new spot, a moving short film depicting the emergence of a love story between two young professionals, with the company as the backdrop and starring as a very special cameo.
The occasion also had two guests of honour, namely Martín Berasategui and Óscar Navarro. The former, considered to be one of the best chefs in the world, boasts 10 Michelin stars and, as of this year, is brand ambassador of the company’s star brand: Saxun.
The latter, a renowned composer with various nominations for the most prestigious awards in the world of cinema and who frequently collaborates with Hollywood’s top symphonists, took the opportunity to conduct the local Musical Society in the presentation of a pasodoble composed in honour of Pedro Giménez Ganga, co-founder of the company.
In the words of Pascual Giménez, Marketing Director of Giménez Ganga, “organising an event of this magnitude and seeing the response of all of the attendees shows us that the last 60 years have consolidated a way of working which has left a mark on our workers, clients and friends”.
In addition to this event, Giménez Ganga has organised a wide programme of activities throughout 2019, such as conferences, teambuilding days, competitions, activities for the workers’ families, visits to the factory or sports days, which will create unforgettable moments for all the participants.
