In summer we like to spend time outdoors, sharing the long daylight hours and fun evenings with family and friends. Utilising the outdoor space in your home is something you should not miss out on.
To make this space as comfortable as possible for you and your loved ones, the smart thing to do is to fit it out it with an elegant, functional and efficient sun protection and enclosure system, adding your own personal touch.
An example of this is this residential project, which perfectly combines several of our solutions in a personalised way.
It’s a combination that gives the solarium area a life of its own, with a newly created room fitted out with every amenity and ensuring that its owners enjoy every moment the summer season has to offer, while overlooking the crystalline blue of the swimming pool.
The first thing we look at is the combination of four Bioclimatic Duplex Pergolas model P-150, with a shared column. To blend in with the bright blue waters of the swimming pool, an aluminium structure in RAL 5024 Textured colour was used, combined with adjustable slats in off-white, RAL 1013 Textured, which allow us to regulate the ventilation and shade of the protected space on demand.
For increased comfort under the Pergolas, four vertical Wind Screens with the ZIP system and Soltis 96 fabric, colour 1103 were installed, which surround the space and shield it from the wind, rain and other adverse weather conditions, while also preventing glare and creating privatised spaces, so important when we live outdoors.
The Wind Screen coordinates perfectly with the colour of the adjustable slats and the three large Kiara awnings, which project from the pergola towards the swimming pool, to shade this space. The Kiara model is characterised by its all-aluminium structure, in this case lacquered in the same colour as the Pergola, giving uniformity to the whole project.
Kiara is a cassette awning, which has the advantage of collecting its fabric in its inner box, always keeping it in good condition while creating spaces that are protected from the elements when we no longer need its shade. Once again, in the search for aesthetic balance, the fabric used for the Kiara awning goes hand in hand with the Wind Screen fabric, both in the same colour 1103.
We also find several Éforus shutters in the form of folding doors and in the same RAL as the rest of the aluminium profiles. In this case, they are designed to open and close storage spaces, changing rooms and passageways. An elegant and very practical solution, which maintains the beauty of the installation.
Where Bioclimatic pergolas and awnings cannot reach, the spaces are protected by three large Besta Parasols. It is available in various shapes: round, square, rectangular and hexagonal; and comes in sizes: L and XL, making it the perfect solution for all types of gardens and terraces.
For this project, we opted for two square models and a third large hexagonal one, which extend the shade under the sun lounger so as to enjoy the sun safely and comfortably. Made with resistant fabric, in 8759 Ivory colour, and an aluminium structure lacquered in the same RAL 5024 Textured as the rest of the solutions that accompany the project, thus achieving a sensation of uniformity and an overall look that verges on perfection.
